Alas, Season 6, Episode 4 has been delayed by one week, and is now rescheduled for March 16th, with Episode 5 following on two weeks after that.

The reason for the delay is technical: We've just switched to a new organisational tool, and we're giving ourselves time to get used to it and do things right. (One rather nice consequence of this is that you'll see a brand new website soon).

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for putting up with us.

Heh.

No all panels in place at the moment :-)

The behind the scenes changes to the way we are organising the show's production are really very  significant and are kind of in beta for ep 4 and 5, but it is looking good and should ultimately make our lives a little easier - we just need to learn how to use our new and powerful bespoke tools properly :-)
So rather than rush and screw up, we want to make sure we do it right as Jill said.

I think you will all like the really shiny new website and the way we plan to contiue developing the features and functionality as time goes on.

New member of the Signal. I absolutely adore what all of you have been doing here, apparently for several years. The quality and originality displayed here really speaks to the passion and determination of you Browncoats.

I’ve been a Firefly/Serenity geek ((he said positively proud)) since the DVD release of the film. Before watching the Serenity film, however, I was determined to watch the TV show. I checked out the discs from the local library and pretty much within 4 days I had absorbed the entire catalog. That was 4((?)) years ago now and with the exception of a few comic books I had no new Firefly/Serenity content. That is until a few days ago, while Googling terms for podcasts I might be interested, I found the Signal!

Thanks again for all that you do. I’m catching up on the older episodes first ((lol…kind of like how I got into Firefly)) and I have a real affinity for the fan fiction. Badger’s World is hands down my favorite & Moonshine was great, too.

Xie xie for such a great podcast and site!

You're welcome!

Oh and hey, You are welcome (to the forum) too :-)

BW and Moonshine were fun to do. There's a fair old back catalogue of Signal content with other shiny stuff like Borderline, awesome interviews with BDHs and newer stuff like Around the Verse in 80 days and Diary of a Companion.

If fanfic floats your boat, check out the Badger Books link - Old Wounds is simply awesome and there's plenty of other audio goodness to explore that we didn't do but just want to share.

Welcome!

Also in the fanfic realm, check out Severance (a podcast short novel) and Tales From the Verse (a podcast which I dearly wish will become active again).

It wasn't until late last year that I found The Signal, thanks to the ScapeCast. I've been catching back episodes as fast as I can since then.

I'm one of the many fans who watched way back when it (sort of) aired on Fox, and later sought out the DVD's, and then was elated and in the theater for Serenity, the movie. Last year, it'd been a long while (too long!) since I'd watched the episodes, and it reignited my passion for Firefly.
